The beach of Paradisi is located 15 km west of Rhodes Town, the capital of the island. The crystal clear waters and the sandy beach with small pebbles create the ideal environment for visitors who want to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun. The beach is easily accessible with the public buses and taxis from the town. Around this beach, which is the closest to the airport of Rhodes, you can find many hotels, restaurants and other tourist amenities. It is a good base for excursions around the island, although the noise of the airport can be a bit disturbing sometimes, especially in high season months.
